Engraved Paver Order Form

The gift of an engraved paver is an enduring way to honor a friend, colleague, loved one, or a past or present member of the United States Armed Forces.

You have three choices for where you would like to place your paver in the Arboretum.

The Tribute Garden is located at the front of the Arboretum near the parking area. Pavers surround the fountain area.

The Durwood Baggett Contemplation Garden is located in the rear of the Arboretum in the left corner of the grounds. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. This garden was created in honor of all those people who have served in one of the Armed Forces in the U.S.

The Koi Pond Walkway dedication area is adjacent to the Koi Pond, and in front of the Shade Garden. It is a beautiful and peaceful spot with the sound of water flowing.

Instructions to Submit your Engraved Paver Request

SELECT ONE OF THE GARDENS ABOVE (1, 2, OR 3) to indicate where you wish to place your paver. Enter your choice on the first line within the Comment Section below (Copy this example in the first line: I choose #__).

CREATE A CUSTOM INSCRIPTION TO LAST A LIFETIME. Your message can be up to three lines. The paver (6"x9") can accommodate up to 15 characters per line. The cost for the paver is $200.00. Spaces count as characters. All pavers will have black letters on a natural background.

Please be aware that the ordered paver functions as the only acknowledgment allowed. No further adornments can be placed on the grounds. Any additional items discovered will be promptly and respectfully removed without prior consultation.

If you prefer to pay for a paver via a check, click here to download the form to print it and fill in all the details. You can then mail it to the Administration Office at the Arboretum.
